Project Report Comments:It seems that only one person worked with data after its collection. It is still not explained precisely enough what the AI strategy index and from what mysterious “database” it comes from. No techniques from the course have been used. I missed a proper explanation why it should be or why it makes sense that the use of AI increases overconfidence. If overconfidence is irrational, AI is not based on emotions, and investors rely on AI, then why should they be correlated positively rather than negatively? Section 4.3 discusses the use of AI completely ignoring the concept of overconfidence. The absolute biggest issue with the report is absolute absence of the results: not a single coefficient is provided. On the positive side, apart from some logical incoherence, the text is relatively easy to follow and English is quite good.
